Dinner:
Meat or Fish with tomato or grapefruit, and 1 Vegetable (if desired).
1. Skim Milk, 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seed Meal, 1/3 Avocado and 1 Fruit. Liquefy.

2. Skim Milk, watercress or romaine lettuce (liquefy) and Salad with Fish and Tomato.

3. Skim Milk, watercress or romaine lettuce (liquefy) and Salad with Fish and Tomato.

4. Fruit and Cheese.

5. Apples and Cottage Cheese.
You may use Rice Cakes or Rye Crisp once in a while.

Reducing Weight Diets
The meats used may be lamb, fish, lean beef, turkey, chicken. We never have fats. Bake, broil or roast fish and meat. The fish should be a white fish (one that has fins).

Always use tomato (sliced, ripe) (canned in emergency) or grapefruit when you eat meat or fish.

If you do not use meat, then use the other proteins: eggs, cottage cheese, mold, skim milk, soymilk, soy tofu, and lo-fat yogurt.

All vegetables should be from the 5% Carbohydrate List.

Drink in-between meals, only. This should be one hour before, or two hours after meals. Use herbal tea (2 cups daily).

Both Vegetarian Reducing Diets:
* Drink in-between meals only. This should be at least one hour before or two hours after meals. Use KB 11 or Cleaver Tea (2 cups daily).

* Use tomato (sliced, ripe) (or canned in emergency) or grapefruit with proteins at Dinner.
